hey well another fun filled day at the gym for me, still getting my gym legs back. today i decided to test my squat numbers. i am gettting maxes cause i am designing a new routine for me. anyhow for the fun. i started off 13" box squatting 135 then 225 then 275 my old max, i then hit 315 felt easy, so i threw on 335 came up, i was like lets see what gas was left in me, i threw on 355 my old free squat max, well i got down and all the sudden got real dizzy as i gave first push up so i sat back down and dropped it on the safetys.
all in all not bad a 60lbs pr.
i followed that up with gms 185 for 5 then 205 for 5 then 225 for 3. 225 was the max for me in gms
i then went and did 2 sets of 10 decline abs with 70 on my chest
what a great day it was. oh yeah and i am starting to get spectators
