Dude, you should do legs on Monday's. No one does legs, they always do chest and by doing them on Monday, you have the rest of the week to recoup in case you go out.

Going out on a Friday or Saturday night walking like you have a potato chip wedged between your ass and trying not to break it doesn't look good to the chicks.

I did that once. I did squats on a Saturday, then went out clubbing that night.

I was so sore on Sunday and Monday that I called in sick to work because I couldn't move.

Monday sounds like a plan.
