Squat cardio:
225 squat x 5 reps Every Minute On the Minute(EMOM) x 5 minutes

Rest 1 minute

275 squat x 4 reps EMOM x 5 minutes

Rest 1 minute

315 squat x 3 reps EMOM x 5 minutes

Rest 1 minute

365 squat x 2 reps EMOM x 5 minutes

Rest 1 minute

405 squat x 1 reps EMOM x 5 minutes

10 Back Squats @ 375
20 Back Squats @ 265
30 Back Squats @ 155
40 Air Squats
30 Back Squats @ 155
20 Back Squats @ 265
10 Back Squats @ 375

The plan is to do it with as little rest as possible; ideally your rest would be just the time it takes to change plates. Trust me...you won't make that right off the bat. :)
