Spring cycle (after rehab) :(

So I thought I would give myself something to look forward to. I did 8 weeks, have been cruising for 8 weeks and was going to blast another 8 weeks and then come off till spring. But I have to come off NOW instead due to an incisional hernia(while deadlifting). Which is basically an abdominal tear where my appendix surgery internal incision was. SO you can say the "weak spot" gave out. I get a CT tuesday and schedule my surgery shortly after.

Soooooo I guess I'm looking at sometime around april 1 or may 1 to start this one.

Wk 1-14 750mg sust
Wk 1-12 450-600mg Deca wk
Wk 1-4 30-50mg Dbol ED (not decided on this part yet)

Given the time I have to prepare I plan to get super stocked up over the next 5-6 months. With things like Whey, a few lbs of SPP, HCG, Needto's PWO replenishing supp, A ton of bottles of "gear", A good 20 or so bags of needto's bars... Also filling my freezer with 3-5 deer this coming season and a ton of beef.
I'm 268-270 depending on the time of day right now. I really dont have much choice but to switch to a cutting diet and do a shit ton of cardio. Probably some press downs and machine curls is about it post op for a good 8 weeks.
I imagine I will lose around 20-30 lbs before I am able to be "fully" back into heavy lifting. I plan on gaining 40 lbs on this cycle. Yes, I'm including body fat and water too:p
 
Bummer about the tear mate but you sound like you have it planned out nice and great set great goals for your self , i have just come of trt trying for baby ) after being on that for a long time and didnt loss as much as i thought i would so hope you get the same affect mate .

nice man. i might run a similar cycle for my next one. Your already huge, if you could hit 275-280 thatd be nuts man.
 
Yeah I'm just psyched its not torn all the way through. When I go for my consult I'm going to tell them I am training to be a competitive power lifter so I need the heavy mesh and lots of stitches:D
Not that its a guarantee it will never happen again, but its better than what they might do for a 65yr old man.

I would like to see if with just cardio and diet and then lifting as allowed I can get down to 8-10% BF before start of the above cycle.

Im already 270 but if I cut to around 8%(without the injury) I would probably be 240-245.

275 at around 10% is my ultimate goal. 7-8% would be the shit. I could never eat clean enough long enough to maintain it though. Honestly I would be thrilled with anywhere between 275-300 at 14-15%.
 
Good luck with the surgery and take it easy post op!
Lighten the weight, do more reps slower and controled. Less rest between sets. This will help maintain the muscle and will help burn fat during your workouts leading up to your massive cycle!

The Omega principles Bro! :D thats what I will be doing. Easing back in slow so as to get the tendons and ligaments used to it too. The only scary thing is going to be trying to ease back into deadlifting. Obviously I wont try it till I'm back in full force for a bit. or at least just high repping with 135. Same for clean and press.
One thing is, it gives me time to rehab some pesky sore ass knee tendons so I can squat again too.
 
Sorry to hear the news bro... My dad had a hernia a few years back and they patched him up and he said that area is stronger than the rest. Hang in there and you'll be back in no time. :)
