So I thought I would give myself something to look forward to. I did 8 weeks, have been cruising for 8 weeks and was going to blast another 8 weeks and then come off till spring. But I have to come off NOW instead due to an incisional hernia(while deadlifting). Which is basically an abdominal tear where my appendix surgery internal incision was. SO you can say the "weak spot" gave out. I get a CT tuesday and schedule my surgery shortly after.
Soooooo I guess I'm looking at sometime around april 1 or may 1 to start this one.
Wk 1-14 750mg sust
Wk 1-12 450-600mg Deca wk
Wk 1-4 30-50mg Dbol ED (not decided on this part yet)
Given the time I have to prepare I plan to get super stocked up over the next 5-6 months. With things like Whey, a few lbs of SPP, HCG, Needto's PWO replenishing supp, A ton of bottles of "gear", A good 20 or so bags of needto's bars... Also filling my freezer with 3-5 deer this coming season and a ton of beef.
I'm 268-270 depending on the time of day right now. I really dont have much choice but to switch to a cutting diet and do a shit ton of cardio. Probably some press downs and machine curls is about it post op for a good 8 weeks.
I imagine I will lose around 20-30 lbs before I am able to be "fully" back into heavy lifting. I plan on gaining 40 lbs on this cycle. Yes, I'm including body fat and water too
