Spring cut fat routine question

Just a quick question guys the past 2 years ive been trying to bulk up with a little cutting in between for spring/summer but I want a concrete opinion of what is best , high reps/low weights? Or just continue trying to push the limit higher and higher. This includes diet+cardio on track and maybe some ECA if I decide to get some. I want to lean out before I start my spring break tren madness. :p

doesnt matter imo your diet & cardio will get ya there.

i do tend to go a little higher reps (12-15, normally 8-12) so i stay injury free and get good pumps. everything else stays the same

my personal wieght loss or shredding cycle was a little more than just good diet and cardio. yes i also bumped my reps up around 12-14 instead of 12 using about 10 pounds lighter in each hand. drink alot of water and buy yourself a neopreme waist belt. i never new i had abs under my fat layer hahaha. i didnt loose my muscle mass but ill be honest i didnt gain any.

i nice cut rountine would be doing super sets of reps 20/18/18/15 then after 2 weeks switch to 10-12, 4 sets of course. But i think the super sets would really help you trim down.

Thanks bros its been noted. I feel like I see more definition when I do higher reps for lower weight but I feel like my muscle size takes a beating.

I believe that the higher reps = a longer workout or at least a longer time of your heart rate elevated which = fat loss
