Just a quick question guys the past 2 years ive been trying to bulk up with a little cutting in between for spring/summer but I want a concrete opinion of what is best , high reps/low weights? Or just continue trying to push the limit higher and higher. This includes diet+cardio on track and maybe some ECA if I decide to get some. I want to lean out before I start my spring break tren madness.
