My training class let out early and I went down to walk on A1A. It was full of all these spring break kids. You could smell the booze and coppertone three blocks away. Ft Lauderdale must be making a comeback.
 
Ft lauderdale used to try to keep spring breakers out when I used to live in Miami. They were sort of the more "family friendly" beaches. I guess that they lightened up and are now looking for the spring breakers more.
 
I guess they are trying to replace the old people. I swear there are no people here unless they are under 25 and over 65.

fuckl i was supposed to go cause i know at least 40 kids myself who are going down to miami and i'm all the way on the other side of US. They have some music dj festival crap going on.
Anyway I waited too long and now all airline tickets are sold the fuck out i think. I only looked on priceline but still, never happened to me before

MayPort is on A1A just northeast of Jacksonville, small fishing/shrimp boat community. Near the Naval base.

That seems true of all of Florida...lol.

I had an old person pull out in front of me on the highway in a GOLF CART. HOLY shit! I almost killed them!

On a highway! Were they golfing, and made a wrong turn? Or, were they using the golf cart as a mode of transportation?
 
i went to FL for a week, loved it (not for spring break, just vacation)

gorgeous area

my friend and i went walking on the beach and accidentally went by the st sebastian (??) part of it (teh geigh part)

men in speedos were looking at us

we got nervous and left
 
My mom has a house in North Tampa and it's absolutely beautiful there. I really enjoy FL however the summers are a bit too much for me. So it's nice because we go back and forth between Chicago and Tampa - I like the gators and armidillos. Lmao.
