spring break is coming around and i want to get ripped

Me too wondering since spring break is just around the corner............C'mon fat guys start asking for a quick fix to get your six pack ........LOL
 
How can I put on 25lbs of muscle and get to 6% BF in 4 weeks? I am 6' 180lbs about 15%BF. I want to be ripped for spring break! What is PCT? Do I have to do that? I want to keep all of it for the rest of my life.
 
Yeah, I love those spring break threads. Always good for a laugh. I'm expecting a "can I drink my winny...getting ready for spring break" thread any day now.

LOL.......that does sound like a typical newbie post wanting to get both swole and cut in a matter of weeks. ;)
 
Screw the gear and get bowflex man, the guy in the commercial put on 12 lbs of muscle in six weeks and is ripped as hell!!! LMAO

here is the win-all solution to getting ripped in 4 weeks. Follow this guide and you'll be shredded for sure.

6:00am - wake up and have a dixie cup worth of water.

6:30am -8:30am - get on stairstepper, put it on full blast and go until you collapse

9:00am - eat as much as you want before work/school, then jab your fat fingers down your throat and puke up all up because you want your body to eat itself, not food.

12:00pm - once again, eat food and puke it up. Then reward your fat ass with another dixie cup worth of water, we all know you're on your way to 6%bf

4:00pm 6:00pm - Time to hit the gym. Do a 20 minute warmup on a treadmill at 9mph. Do 1 set of 10 for each muscle group. Do a 20 minute warmdown on the treadmill and go home.

6:30pm - Since you did so good at the gym, eat a big dinner, but don't forget to jam those fat fingers down your throat again, because we all know you don't need those calories. Once you're done, celebrate with a stick of celery and another dixie cup of water.

9:00pm - you're going to be exhausted, so get some rest, 6% or bust!


next day : REPEAT



by the end of 4 weeks you'll be so dehydrated and shredded you'll look like you came out of somolia.
 
oh and be sure to not workout your legs, they're made for walking anyway.

Chicks only see your upper body, so it'd be worthless to waste valuable upper body training on your legs.
