After 10 days of using dianabol there are visable spots just beside the nipple but still in the "nipple area". They couls just as well be pimples but there are one spot on each side. They are very small so like a small pimple. The question is now if it can be a sign of gynecomastia or if its probaly just pimples or something like it? Dont have any other pimples close by though.. Thanks in advance for your awnsers.
