Splitting up DNP dosage

Is there any need to break up DNP intake through out the day.

If I am going to take 400mg /ed for 10 days, should I buy the 100mg caps and take them 4 times a day, or should I just by the 400mg caps and just take 1 a day.

I like the 200mg, that way I can do 400,600,800.
