I split mine into 5 small doses. one when i first wake up (on empty stomach with no ill effects) one a few hours later, one pre, one post workout, & one at bedtime. i great results. imo keeps blood levels more stable. this is the only way i have ever take it so i cant compare results to taking it all a once. i have noticed with dbol that with that i experience less sides by splitting. and i havent experienced any sides with var. all the research i have read were about mostly aids wasting patients. the research wasnt speifically aimed at dose times but every one had the patients plit the dose in the am and pm.
