Splitting Anavar dose

How many of you split your Anavar up into multiple doses? Did you notice a difference in the results you got? I currently take all at once but I also know the half life is very short. So, is it better to have more in your system for a shorter duration or less but at a more consistant level throughout the day?

I go 50mgs/ day split up into 25mgs in am and 25mgs in pm. Much more stable levels that way IMO.

Anyone have any scientific back-up for this? I am about to start var myself and would like some more input from vets.

I split my doses. The half -life is about 12 hrs. I take one dose in the morning then another about 8 hrs after. It keeps the dose more stable in the blood. I like the results and I have no stomach bloat at all when dividing doses.

Active half life of Anavar is actually 9 hours. You have a good dosage schedule going there.

I have 10mg Orbit labs var I will start next week at 40mg daily. SHould I split them up 20mg morning and eve, or 10 morning, 10 afternoon, 10mg eve, and 10mg before bed for best results?
