Splits Pick one!!

can you guys help me pick a split .....

Split 1

Monday: Chest - 16-18 sets - run 30 min
Tuesday: Arms - 12-15 sets each - run 30 min
Wednesday: Legs - 16- 18 sets - run 30 min
Thursday: Shoulders/ traps 16- 18 sets - run 30 min
Friday: Back - 16-18 sets - run 30 min
Saturday: Off ....possibly 45 minutes walking on incline- pre meals
Sunday: 45 minutes walking on incline - premeals
REPEAT

Split 2:
Day 1: Chest - 12 sets - run 30 min
Day 2: Arms - 10 sets each - run 30 min
Day 3: Legs - 12 sets - run 30 min
Day 4: Shoulders - 12 sets - run 30 min
Day 5: Back - 12 sets - run 30 min
REPEAT

i am pretty good with the volume on either or i am just looking for some opinions......i think i like Split 1 a little better cause I am at college and sometimes friday nights or saturday nights get crazy but not so crazy that i wont be able to walk for a bit......thanks for any feedback
 
What are you trying to accomplish? If gaining size is yopur goal....you need to stop all that running! I would also cut your sets by at least 1/3 to 1/2
How about this for a split Monday chest and back 6-8 sets
Tuesday shoulders and arms 4-6 sets
Wednsday legs and calfs 6-8 sets

Thursday OFF
Friday repeat ?
 
I agree, in split 1 you are doing too many sets, and training 5 days with no rest? That will wear you down pretty quick. Maybe aim at like, 10 sets per muscle group, and try to take wednesday off or something. Any as deepsquat already said, what is your goal? thats the most important thing here.
