(I know this thread is similar to another recent one)

It's complicated but I'm going to have about 20-30 minutes at the gym about 1.5 hours before i normally do my routine. What would be good to do at that time? Is it ok to do some of my routine then and the rest 1.5 hours later? If not, what could I do with those 20-30 min (except cardio)?

Hitting a body part, going back to it or hitting another one is not a wise choice, devote all your focus and energy to one major session in the gym.
