You can. I don't think it's going to make that much of a difference. If you want to split it, do 25mg in the morning and 25mg in the afternoon

I split my TBOL (6-9 hr half-life) into 3 doses.

25mgs when awaken
25mgs 8 hrs later
10mgs before bed

I always plit my doses personally. Some bros get the same results without splitting...so its your call. I like to keep blood levels as even as possible during a cycle, so I take 10mg five times a day between meals.

yes you should, the 1/2 life is roughly 8-9 hours so you should split your daily dose
