Split training?

BennyGunnz

New member
hey guys,
i am looking to start a split training program the only thing is i am not sure how i should work the muscles. Example: Bis/back Tris/chest etc..
Later Ben

1chest
2back
3off
4arms and shouldrs
5legs
6off
7off

I've tried many other and this routine works the best, it allows my muscles to recover so I dont involve them in other excersizes.

2 upper body days
2 lower body days

current split:

chest/back
shoulders/bis/tris
quads/hams/calves

then repeat...

6 day split, day off on Sunday...lots of volume and you can easily overtrain if your CNS isn't accustomed to this load...

hope you have an idea..

Chest and back on the same day? I cant see how you could do that without using gear, unless you're doing 5sets total per bodypart.
