split hcg by wieght?

I have one vial containing 15,000 IU of hcg and another with what i presume to be a sterile solution, manufactured by oeffler, mexican company. I have decided to do 750 IU 3 x week for 3 weeks for a total of of about 7000 IU. I am wondering if it is possible to spilt the hcg powder in half, using a digital scale, and save half for another time. I am not sure if touching the powder and exposing it to air would start it decaying so that it would be worthless by the time I needed it again. I'm also not sure if the pure hcg is equally dispersed throughout the powder so that every say .1g of powder contains an equal amount of pure hcg. I have read alot about hcg dosing, storage, proper solution for disolving, etc..., but have never heard of anyone trying to split up the raw powder by weight, for long term storage. Anyone who has tried this or is informed on the properties of the raw powder please help me out.
