i am runing a 500ml dec.a 300ml tes.t a week , i split the dose in two shots of 250ml of dec.a 1 monday and 1 thursday in order to get the levels of gear on my blood as even as posible obviously at the end of the week will be 500ml, a guy in the gym that seems to have a lot of expirience told me that doing that is like if i am just geting 250ml a week, he sed that i have to get 1 single shot of 500ml a week that sounds stupid for me but some guys in the conversation agree with him and some not, i just want to make sure that i am doing it right thing and the only way to know is asking the boddyes of elitefitness so please help me out with this one guys, advanced thanx for everyone
