why do ppl prefere splenda over twin sugar, i checked yesterday and splenda is pretty expensive

ive never had that sugar twin stuff but if its anything like equal or sweet n low, then its prolly bitter. Splenda has no bitter aftertaste.

Ive never used sugar twin, but im guessing that it is a sugar substitute, therefore your body does not recognize it as a sugar and it goes right through your digestive system.

if it is a sugar substitute than what Im saying is that you will be fine, it will not have any calories.

Xylitol is pretty good too, its used in lots of stuff (like gum and what not).

you can still use Sugar Twin, its the same thing as Splenda, Sweet n Low, and Equal. Cal. free. How does it taste? i've wanted to try the S.T. brown sugar stuff but figured it would be bitter.

Sugartwin brown sugar is pretty good, its the only fake brown I've tried though. The only way I can eat oatmeal.

i wouldnt use either.all the crap they use in fake sugar is nasty...aspertame and all that....i use reg sugar!
