I'm a total sugar addict, I admit it! Even if my mother was extremely food conscious and we were never allowed to eat junk food or fast food, we always finished dinner with a homemade desert like apple crumble, date squares, lemon pie...you get my point.
Even if I've made leaps and bounds since those days, I just can't seem to not have something sweet during the day. There is Splenda in my coffee, in my oatmeal, in my protein pancake mix, even mixed in with my egg whites (along with cinnamon and a little vanilla essence, divine!) So how much am I hurting my leaning out goal????
