i tried it, and i lost 10 pounds (mostly water), and i really liked it. you have to follow the diet that is in the box, it is similar to a bodybuilding diet. be careful with the pills though, i accidentally took the thermos instead of the after workout pills, and i was literally up all night. the thermos in the package are crazy. you'll like it though, i know many people at my gym (i sell the supps) that have tried it and liked it. good luck.
