Spinning Question

Okay so I have been take the spinning class 5xs a week for the last 3 weeks. I have noticed that I seem to use my right leg more than my left, and am worried that I am not working my left leg enough.I had reconstuctive knee surgery on my left knee a few years ago, and wonder if that has anything to do with it? Does anyone have any pointers on good spinning form so I get myself used to using both legs equally?

Do some work using only your left leg when on the bike. I do something like 1 minute with each leg, repititions.

Right on with Silverfish. Try to use the shoes that lock you in and allow you to 'pull' as well as 'push.' with your perceived weaker leg.

Also, doing some leg-balancing exericses (one legged squats, leg curls, add/abductions) after your spinning sessions may help as well.
