today i tried the spinning bike, just for the sake of doing it. I always thought it to be a muslce waster, but fuck it was so intense that i felt like doing leg extention. I mean, in 40 minutes you alternate peaks of resistence with resting time, and this seemed to me like doing several sets with weights, at the end i felt my legs really fatigued like after an intense workout. I'm wondering if anyone ever thought about using this technique to bild the quads and if there is any chance it could be effective.
