It's definitely not normal, and if it isn't one of those things that bothers you for a day or two, then goes away, you should get it checked out. Wow, BiggT you're great. lmao I have a fan blow on me all through out while I'm sleeping since 72 F for sleeping doesn't cut it for me. I would've never guessed a fan for extended periods of time would do that. I don't go under the sun, and my lifting form should be somewhat well enough not to cause problems (so I think). I'm guessing maybe you had a fan on you for extended periods of time or something? lol
