spinal decompression

I am doing this right now,It does work. I believe the name of the machine my chiro has is the drx9000. I am also getting my back adjusted once a week by him.
 
Amamzingly my Grandfather, (a Chiropractor) had patients hang form a pull-up bar for treatment, he got excellent results!
 
hmm that does make sense becuase it feels so good when i do that. Do you know how long and how often he made them do it?

As long as they could hold on.

As many times a week you can...

The intervertebral discs create a negative pressure call imbibition when doing this, benificial for fluid exchange, hydration and increasing the disc height, ultimately reducing pressure on the spinal nerves.
 
I threw the javelin in college. The huge leg and hip drive to the left, while throwing, put a lot of strain on my lower back. My coach would have me hang from pull-up bar with my hands and also upside down with inversion boots. The hangs took stress off of my lower back. My back actually felt better after doing this.
