They are my best biceps exercise. I dont necessarily perform the best on them but they have worked wonders.
However, Lately I have been feeling it in my shoulders a lot. As in I feel a pump in the actual deltiods, all of them.
I use a preacher curl where the seat cant be removed but the arm pad can be taken out and switched around. Works well.
Anyone else feel it in their actualy anterior, lateral and posterior deltoids?
