Spewed Up after Workout :(

Unrest

New member
:faint:

So I trained Chest today, pretty heavy, felt good, nothing out of the ordinary!
Was training on a full stomach, solid meal 60minutes before workout consiting of 2 chicken breasts cooked in EVOO, 1.5cups brown rice, 1/2cup broccoli, Corn Cob and protein shake!

Got out of gym after 45minutes and downed a dextrose,WPI, BCCA drink in 750mls water!

Then as I was driving home, bloody spewed all over myself!!Lucky no1 saw!! FML

this has never happened to me before!

like i said nothing was out of the ordinary, pushed myself hard, sleeps good, no allergies!
calories around 4500-5000

any ideas
im also on 500mg test week 4, and 70mg tbol
Im leaning towards too much dextrose??

Prob just too much to eat right after. Your body was in a good shock and didn't want food that fast. Nothing you did wrong, just the body's response I guess. Hope you didn't get it in the car!

yeah i guess so, but i always do the same thing and eat the same!
lol yea it was while i was drving but it just went over my shorts haha ewwwwwww

did u feel queasy during the workout at all or just on ur way home?

I would lose the shakes after. just eat a meal slowly.. then you can do the shake later on.

if you were feeling queasy before I would lose the chicken and shake. just eat the brocolli and rice.

over time as you gain experience you will figure out what you can eat before and after.. I know exactly what i can and cannot eat.

I throw up every workout if I don't I didn't workout hard enough

I can throw up protein shakes, especially weight gainers, instantly if I drink them when I already feel sick. I heave/dry heave several times a day, every day, especially during physical stress. I have a nervious stomach. I also have drank it back down. Protein is too expensive to waste.

I throw up every workout if I don't I didn't workout hard enough

I used to throw up (or get light headed) after almost every 5K race i did. so there is some truth to this. but those were 5K races where I was going all out and beyond what my body could handle and I would kick hard the last quarter mile and fighting de-hydration.

with weight training you don't need to go that hard because you are taking breaks in between sets to give your body a chance to catch its breath. so its not continuous hell like running a 5K is and going hard for 20 straight minutes with no stopping.

super and triple sets do it... I time my workouts so my pre meal is exactly 3 hours before weights my meal being fully digested already I never throw up food just water and stomach acid :(
