lol... " or even worse" It gave us a good laugh, and i hope you learned your lesson... A peice of wood + Small Hook + 285 lb man + 185 lbs = bad idea. It was still funny as hell,and at least you didnt get hurt.

Yep..that is my gym. There are two of us that lift here and all is welcome. Rules are simple...train hard and safe...leave it JUST like you found it or cleaner.

No spot...by my safety pins MIGHT catch me.
