Speed Lower - week 2/phase 2

felt extremely nauses the whole time, actually before i even went to the gym. oh well, we sucked it up and stuck with it.

Box Squats - 8 x 3 with 160 + 200lbs band tension.

Speed Dead - 5 x 1 with 275.

Cheese deads ( i love these much better than dimel deads) 165 for 3 x 20.

superset
3 x 8 hyper ext w/70lbs supersetted with 150lb pull thrus for 3 x 6.

roman chair situps - 3 x 10.

felt exhausted, but good. i dont know what got me feeling sick earlier, but hopefully i will feel better in the morning.

nice...very similar to my workout today...im lovin the dimmels man...fries my back...messed up on deads tho..tried to do them w/light bands and when i stood up they pulled the rack up and messed me all up..needless to say. it didnt work out.

im not feeling you on dimel deads. i just didnt get them. cheese deads are a dimel dead version created by the cheese of murray, ky. its the exact same as dimel's just with a sumo grip. i scraped all the skin off my teardrop, but my hams and glutes were fried.

yeah its all your fault........lol

i dont know, it felt more like a combination of a lack of sleep, and something that i ate that went down wrong.

i used my recovery trick last night and i feel better now.

my hips are killing me though.............. tell cheese thanks, those will stay in my program for a while!!!!
