I'm doing 2 workouts
Workout 1
Exercise 1: Close-grip chins
Singles: BW+55lbs,
Reps: BW
Exercise 2: Calf raise
Sets of 12-15 with ~430lbs.
Workout 2
Exercise 1: Cable Rows
5-7 Reps with 180lbs, 2 sets
Wide Grip Chins, about 8 reps for 2 sets
Both types of chins are performed with perfect form, which makes it difficult to do them explosively.
I don't wanna do deads cause I don't want to get a big ass again. It happened before.
What can I do for speed back day, so I can merge the two workouts into 1 workout with about 3-4 exercises?
