One thing to keep in mind is that ammount of force applied to the bar is more important than weight on the bar. On Dynamic days the lifter should apply maximal force to the bar, the same ammount of force as Maximal workouts. Going into Dynamic workouts with this attitude will make them much more effective (in my opinion). Once your body is used to doing a maximum force muscle contraction and having the bar move quickly, then you will begin to see the results of your dynamic movements in your max effort movements.
