Speak Up to help me lose it.

Ok everyone,

I am getting older and as my metabolism has slowed down I have started noticing a little bit of extra unwanted bodyfat around the stomach (I don't have this anywhere else and am quite tall and lean).

I am currently on test, dbol and winstrol and have never really focused on cardio before. A 5 minute walk to the gym would be what I considered cardio.

Now I am not too bothered about water retention as it will leave a few weeks post cycle but I am worried about this bf.

My cycle 50mgs winstrol daily, sust eod and dbol 20mgs 1hr preworkout.

As I am quite happy with my current size and my diet is quite good, clean and healthy my question evolves around cardio.

What have you found the most effective cardio / workout combo while on cycle to retain muscle, possibly even add a few extra pounds while shedding that fat?

I cannot run as I have a lower back problem but I can walk at speeds of 7km/h. I hate cardio as it's so boring but my focus now is to drop this stomach.

Any personal experience / recommendations would be helpful. I am by no means fat but do have a little unwanted bf (the hardest to lose) and I will not do DNP at this moment in time as I am currently in temps of 40degrees +

PS also doing 3 diet redbulls a day which contain approx 88mgs caffeine / drink (split throughout the day) and some ripped fuel supplement from twinlab (was on dymaburn before but that didnt allow me to eat anything without feeling sick).

Thank you ladies and gentlemen.

Var...great for helping lose the stomach fat...that and a good amount of abdominal exercises will help...in the meantime, since you can't run, try walking at a steep incline or hitting the stairmaster for 10-15 minutes ED in the morning on an empty stomach...

AM workouts on an empty stomach are the #1 proven method of burning the most fat and spiking the metabolism for the entire day

Work your lower back - lotta bro's hammer the stomach and develop a barrel shap - not good when ur carryin some fat.

Work your core and lower back - will have great effect on pusture, forcing hips forward and flattening stomach.

Thanks everyone for your feedback.

....will remain on the cycle I am currently on which is the sust/winny/dbol.

I have used clen numerous times in the past a while back but was just wondering how much more effective it is at burning fat than a product like ripped fuel 5x.

With regards to the training on an empty stomach, is it not possible this will send the wrong message to the body and instead of burning fat, it will hold on to it realising it has no food and is going under strenous excercise? (similar to what happens when people only eat once or twice a day)?

Thanks

I'm no kid myself. My knees are not great either. I have an old Schwinn
Air Dyne that is pain free on the knees. any spinner / stationary bike works.
I hate cardio too, but 20-30 minutes a day will take it off.
Do 20 min. right after lifting and you will get way more bang for your buck.

Ride a bike at a moderate pace or fast walk (where you are sweating but not really out of breath) for 30-60 minutes 4-6 days a week. This allows you to enter fat oxidation (burning fat itself for energy) and spares the muscle you work hard to get. Don't swim for cardio either. That may increase your subcut. fat in an effort to keep body heat.

Thank you everyone. On my way to the gym now - god there is nothing more boring in the world than cardio. Walking without going anywhere, cycling without moving, rowing yet out of water :(

I'm no spring chicken either and, though my diet is good, I tend to get the added bloat on the stomach. I had a hernia operation and never seemed to fully lose it, although doing 5-6 miles on the excercise bike before my workouts seems to help keep the fat off and it's not too tough on the knees. The stair climber seems to burn a bit more than the treadmill or bike but it's a little tougher on the joints.

cardio is key bro, i am almost 36 and the only place i add weight is gut, but to drop do at least 40 minutes in morning on emopty stomach 5-6 days a week. they say 15 minutes in am on empty is equal to 1 hour during day. than on top of morning cardio 3 days a week hit 20 minutes after your workout, same concept as on empty stomach. also make sure diet is in check. thanks to tatianya and guardian who stressed the impotrance of diet, i learned you can do some amazing things with your body if you are dialed in right. also since you hate cardio i would switch it up every day, do incline treadmill at 15 and walk at 2.5, by the way for me its the best. hit bike for 20 minutes than stair master for 20. just keep yopur heart rate in fat burning zone. simple stuff man but you have to work it in routine and make it standard just like legs or chest. dont be that fat old guy at the pool this summer!
