I was on the speacial forces training website and it say you have to pass a physical fitness test of some sort anyone know the demands of this type of test.
There's several guys on the boards that are familiar with the spec ops community and what is needed to get there. What are you looking at specifically?
the sf pt test is the same as a reg pt test except it includes a 50 meter swim in bdu's and boots. pt test standard is 17-21 age group no matter the age of the soldier
