Spanish Generic Anavar - Dosages?

I have decided to do an 8-week cycle of the Spanish Generic Anavar only. What daily dosages would you recommend for someone with several cycles under his belt and weighs 215 lbs?

I have been told to take each capsule as 7.5mg so I will then take 8 capsules per day. Any opinions?

BB,8 ed is a good dosage,even you can up to 10 but you need more $ hehehehe
only tell you,like i did with more UK people,be careful with some people in UK who sell spanish var because i heard many complaiments from them.all beacuse of the low quality of "their" var(they adultered it).i defend the spanish var till death buit i can not defend people like these who do these dirty things...at the end the decent spanish sources pay for it

genmuscle, that is a very sweeping statement from you especially as you seem to have a motive for personal gain!!!

I am currently using Spanish Var (yellow caps) and getting excellent results on a similar dosage. I am also taking Primo and Enanth and will exchange Enanth for Prop and Var for Winny for last 5 weeks of cycle.

The only draw back is the cost of Var unfortunately but make sure you get from a reputable source and you will be fine.

I'd use 50mg a day if you are only running var....
