Just curious to know if people measure out their caber with a syringe before swallowing it down? I had expected the pipette to have a measure on it.

Should it taken with or without food?

I personally wouldnt use liquid caber. It isnt stable after a mere 30 days. Factor in the time to make it, ship it, get it in your hands , and use it, it is highly doubtful your Caber is the potency it should be.
This is documented by caber sold in veterinary form. It is clearly stated by the manufacturer that cabergoline is not stable for more than 30 days in a liquid form.
