In the past you have been known by some of the members of ef as (Cpt save a hoe). It seems you have a bit of a soft spot for the lady in distress.
As you know we have some beautiful lady folk on our Staff at ef. When sticking up for a member against one of these lovely ladies this may effect the way you handle things.
Please say something to the members to let them know you will not let them down for teary eyed vixen,or a blown kiss and a bat of the lashes.
this was asked in the debate thread so i figured i may as well handle it here.
Yes I found myself helping females out on here often but only because females seem to get the most crap from others for absolutely no reason. But i was not only just helping females out i also helped other members out as well. The thing is when i help a female it seems it gets blown up and magnified and said that I am only helping them to get with them. ask any female here that I have helped and see if I ever tried anything or take it any further than just helping them. I try to maintain the peace on the board but during the times you mentioned the peace was way out the door. Now the rules have changed and what was happening back then towards females is no longer allowed and I hope I am one of the people that helped it become that way. At one time I helped bikinimom and grump out (and i still do) but i didn't do it because bikinimom is a female i did it because i felt it was the right thing to do. I despise conflict especially if it is unnecessary conflict so this is where i step in. I remember at one time helping that A10J10 dood out when everyone was ganging up on him. but it got to the point where i thought he was wrong and told him my opinion and soon after he left.
I am a kind hearted person that can see the right and the wrong in any situation and filter through the BS and get to the bottom of things to straighten them out. Im not trying to get this position so i can brag on here or run around and jump for joy. This is a thankless position and a lonely one at that. If you thought being a Mod was tough wait until you see what an Ombudsman has to go through. You have to deal with both sides fairly and not be biased in any way. You have to be the devils advocate and see things from both sides and try to get both sides to come to an agreement if possible. to tell you the truth this isnt a position that I want but it is a position that I believe is needed and I strongly believe that I am perfect for this position as it is in my nature to try an help people irregardless of their gender, race or place of origin. So take this as you will but this is where i stand on the Ombudsman position. If i am selected for the position I will do my best in helping this site grow. If your looking for a miracle or someone that is going to run to the mods when you get spanked but you were wrong Im not the guy for this job. I will tell you straight up if i believe what happened was right or wrong. You may not like the answer but it will be an honest answer and it will be one that is given after I have gathered all the facts before running away with it. There are two sides to every story and I am here to listen to both sides. Remember the Ombudsman does not make the decisions if a member should be banned or unbanned that still lies with the Mods and admin. The Ombudsmen is here to try and plead your case if you feel you are being treat unfairly and try to come to a fair decision between you and the Mods/Admin. But that goes both ways. if you were found to be in the wrong then i will plead the Mods case with you and explain what has happened and what the options are at that point.
I know this was long but i wanted to at leased let everyone know where i stand in this. Ask me any questions you have and I will gladly answer them honestly and openly.
