Im in the process of losing weight, i was rather overweight in the fall, 6'3 around 245 @ close to 20% bf. Right now im at 220 about 12 %. My goal is to be 200 even by may. Im using ephedra to cut down. The question is what can you guys reccomend for me to put on some serious lean mass. Im gonna be playing some ball next year, tight end, and need to put on some size and a lot of strength. Ive done creatine and whey protein, but need more productive results.
Bench : 275
Squat : 425
bicep 16"
thigh 26"
midsection at naval 38"
chest 43"
neck 16.5"
Havent maxed out on anything else so thats why its not listed. I have some decent size already, I'm not fat but im not skinny. Ill have about 3 1/2 months May- mid August. What should I get. Thanks in advance for the help.
edit: forgot to mention its college d3 ball and ill be just about 19 when i start...
