Soreness around my elbows

I was doing bench pressing this week, and it gives me a clicking experience in the shoulder. Also, i get real soreness around my elbow region; both above the elbow near the triceps and below near my forearm.

Do you think I could have damaged tendons/ligaments?

If your doing low rep bench alot and heavy tri exercises you might be getting a little bit of tendonitis*. I know if I go heavy on bench and tri's for awhile, my elbows will start to ache right above the elbow at the lowest part of the tri. I usually back off on skull crushers and cg bench and it goes away.
 
Same here i used to do CG benches and skulls in my tri routines..elbows started killing me..i love skulls and cg benches but i dropped skulls for now and my elbow pain has pretty much gone away..Also check your form on the BP if your doing it with your elbows flared out that will cause soulder prob's for some..either lighten the weight or adjust form and get some rest..
 
I agree with the above suggestions, if your shoulder is bothering you, go the dumbell route for a while too.
 
Invest in some elbow wraps and ditch the skull crushers for a little while....

I would also stop doing flat bench for awhile and maybe move to the incline or decline
