Sore Shins

Hi folks Im new to this board so hello to everyone.

Im on a cycle at the moment bulking up, Prior to this I was cutting so I was doing a lot of cardio on the treadmill, I wasnt running just walking for 40 mins to an hour after my weights 5 times a week with no problems. A few weeks ago I was walking round to my mates and half way there about a half mile I started to get pains in my shins, Then again the same thing the next night.

I come off my bulking cycle in 2 weeks so thought I better throw in a little cardio again. I was on the treadmill yesterday just walking and after 5 min or half a k my shins were really sore and I had to reduce the speed. So what can I do about this, Could it possibly be the juice causing my problems because prior to the cycle I had no problems at all. All help much appreciated
 
i highly doubt the aas are causing the problems with your shins.

check the condition of your shoes, they can greatly contribute to joint pain, and could be the culprit of why your shins hurt. you probably have shin splints.
 
Liftbig had a look at my shoes and all looks ok Bro, No wear on the insoles or soles. I only ever wear them in the gym. Ive put on 16 lbs in weight could it be the extra weight Im carrying about thats causing my woes. Cheers
 
you got shin slpints
my recomndation is switch to the eliptical
putting on extra weigth and then trying to do cardio stuff can cause injuries
