sore quad - need help

yesterday i shot 1.3cc into my left quad.
for the first time i feel sore like hell below the injection site..... it's not swollen or red but i feel it mostly when i flex my knee.

i did lots of quad shots and never felt that way - any idea?

I've done glute injections before where I didn't reach back far enough and would hit the hip. My hip socket/joint would ache like crazy for a few days. I figured the injection must have seeped down in to the joint.

Dont know the cause but try slowly massaging the area with a warm washcloth then the next day ice it down... helped me when I used prop

ive had pain for over 10 days before. if there is no redness or heat at the surface it is not AN INFECTION period. ive had this scare so many times bro and you are fine. the first time i went to a doctor and was given an anti inflammatory to get it down, but the second time i toughed it out and used a real hot compress and massaged the shit out of it. the swelling is so big its like a banana is resting on my ass cheek. i know its scary but you don't have an infection unless you have heat or swelling at the surface

I like to hit the jacuzzi and put the jets on the spot and it helps immensely, all above good too. I get sore about once every 4 or so. Seems like certain UG stuff hurts more. Strengths greater than 200mg/ml especially. More BA I suppose.
