Sore Nips

I am on 250mg Test Cyp per week and have noticed that my nipples are getting a little sore.
I have ordered Arimidex as I read that was recommended. I was only able to get 1mg and I read that the recommended dosage was .25 per day. Do you guys cut these into quarters? I didn't see .25mg dosage available anywhere.

Or take 1mg every 3 days. The half life is a decent length, so it wont really matter.

I have been taking forma stanzol for the last 6 weeks. Doesn't seem to be doing the trick, nips are still sore. I will try the arimidex 1mg. every 3 days.
