Sore groin please help

I usually run 3 miles 5x a week on the treadmill at 7mph. I had a softball game this monday and ran the bases a lot...now my right and left groin are very very sore. How can this be when I run 3 miles every other day?
How do I heal this?
 
maybe it's a hernia. you can get a hernia by just sneezing. if it's just a simple groin pull try icing it (sounds shitty right) within 48 hours after the injury. Then try heating before you exercise again. stretch (while you stretch there shouldn't be any pain). Do you know when you did it or was it just sore the next day?

Dit it Tuesday night. I stretched last night before the game and it felt a lot better.
