Sore back

My back isn't really sore out of the gym. But squatting, deads, stiff deads, stuff like that makes it so tight, I have to hang from the chinup bar and stretch it all the time, and do hypers. Whats your advice on this?

Not sure of the exact name, but I think its the spinal errectors, so lower back..
If I remember correctly... you're relatively new to doing some serious lifting.

Your spinal erectors aren't conditioned yet, give it a few weeks... they'll get stronger.

Make sure your stretching everything otherwise it may exacerbate a muscle imbalance you may not know you have (like me :( ).

Ive been lifting for about a year, I've been deadlifting a long time, i dont think that could be it if it will get better in few weeks

Get in some good stretching before and after your training. Don’t be afraid to put some good warm muscle cream on it (Icy-Hot, jack’s blue heat) to make sure that you are good and warm. A lot of people, myself included, cannot pull heavy or intense more than every other week, especially with all of the squatting, overhead pressing, and events that we do.

Muscle soreness is ok, just like chest, biceps, triceps, and quad soreness.

Make sure that you are hammering away at those abs, make them STRONG and not just pretty!
