What do you think of the 6th season so far?

It started off slow, but is gaining momentum. I thought Tony getting shot by his uncle out of the blue, and just because he was senile, was kinda far-fetched as far as plots go. (As far as far-fetched, I wish they came up with something more interesting than a out-of-the-blue murder in Adrianna's office that led to her murder last season. I really thought that was going somewhere) Then the whole coma-dream episode was a waste of an episode.
As far as that one dude going on the lamb because he is gay, when he was standing over that river of flowing water, I thought for sure he was going to jump in. If he did, i would've thought, "Typical". And I probably would've lost alot of interest in the show because it wouldv'e become too predictable. But he didn't. And I got a good chuckle out of them stealing that gift basket from that old actress in this last episode. There's no such thing as stooping to low for them as far as getting something for free. I've read some mob books, and that's just the way they are, too.
I think the season is starting to gain some steam.

Yeah you gotta hate those dream episodes. I wish they would knock that crap off. It's about time they get into some mob wars between families or something. (being the last season and all) A Meadow nude scene wouldn't be bad either!

Well they are going to have 10 or 12 episodes for this season, then a few weeks later they are going to show 8 bonus episodes. The final 8 are just to top off this final 6th season. I guess it won't actually be enough to be called the 7th season. But that is it for Sopranos! SUCKS
This season sucks so far.
Hated the whole dream thing...

Considering how real mob life doesn't end with a happy story, I'm thinking something crazy will be going down towards the end. Maybe they will all get locked up or at the very least some main characters will get taken out. I wouldn't mind seeing a new rival family try to take over! They better hurry only about 10 or 12 episodes left all together!

You are right about Silvio never being in any shit. He is one of my favorites too. I think he would make a good boss. Pauly might go soon. Better not be any more dreams either. I could write an episode better than they have been lately! I bet they will step up the action soon.

Silvio was really squeezing cheeks about having to make decisions when Tony was in the hospital. I like Pauly, he's one of the more shady characters of the show. I got a good chuckle when Tony was in the hospital and Pauly said he was thinking about sending over a boom box as a gift, and Christopher made a remark about how it was a stupid idea, and Pauly looked embarrassed for even considering it. In the next scene Carmela opened a gift box and pulled out a boom box, "Its from Christopher, how thoughtful!" lol

Love it, however I missed it the last two weeks. But that is okay, my cable co. has something called on demand . Which means eventually I can see the episodes I missed, they put so many on and you can demand the one you want to watch and they are 2 behind as well, but yes I love the Sopranos.
