Sopranos Delayed Another Year

Dave Chase put it off until NEXT August. Good news is he will be refining its episodes. Bad News is I gotta wait a year and watch showtime come up with their knock off brand. I wouldnt be suprised if he put together a movie in the meantime.

I got Season one on DVD, Season two is supposed to be released soon anyone got a date?

Season 1 just started on TV last week up here. We were going to rent the DVD, but, said fuck it.
I hope it's as good as ppl say.

My girlfriend works in the industry. I think its better to get the dvd's and watch it all the way through at your own timing, I found a lot more stuff going through the DVD's even though I saw all but 1 episode on HBO as they came out.

Momma: Dont hype it up or youll be disspointed the show is awesome, but its not typcial TV show format: (Tell them what theyll see, show it to them, tell them what they just saw) which makes it more active in a way (although how active can you be on a couch watching TV unless your truckin). Anyway you will like it I think. Its funny and dramatic succesfully.

I just finshed taping all the episodes 2 weeks ago for my dad, 39 hrs of the sopranoes on tape, I'm in heaven.

Meadow is where its at, (although I wont disagree with you) but she has gone from skinny lil girl to a chunky monkee to now a very hot ass younger girl. She is nice. She is my type, plus shes got that sensuality thing.

natasan: yeah I know my GF likes to watch sex and the city but that show is alright but nothing to stay home for.

Have you checked out the new one 6 feet under? Its pretty cool so far, hury still out on it. Ugly mofos on that show though thats for sure. Freaks.

Why does NY get represented by Sopranos and Sex and The city (potrays NY in a very positive light even the the eps' kinda drag) and LA gets a story with a bunch of freak who work in a Cemetary?? hmm

No good, but hopefully the episodes will be a little longer and a little better, i hate getting jiped out on 10-15 minutes of showtime with the 45-50 minute episodes.

LOL HELL YES! When Tony would call on the cell phone and hed make all those wimpy little noises and then he busts out with "The guys some kind of interior decorater or some shit" lol that episode was awesome.

The way I look at it 45min-60min who cares, its not the type of show to throw in filler to meet a quota - there are no commercials so its actually a pretty damn long show, almost like making a movie every other week.

Puss was cool as hell, would have liked to see him later rather than earlier - would have been more shocking as well. Oh well at least they will prob release season 3 quicker to fill the void.

Yeah I have heard alot of that stuff, as I said my girl works in the industry and she hears some very inside crap - its funny, most of hoolywood is so fake its unreal. I digress - supposedly this next season was supposed to be the last one Chase's reasoning: He didnt want the show to go on if it was going to get "average" so I think that part of his little vacation (other than getting a movie deal going) was also to concentrate on freshining up the next two seasons and making them more of what we saw in the first two seasons (although I had no problem with the 3rd season).

HBO doesnt pay shit compared to the networks, theya re notoriously cheap, Sopranos have the biggest budgets/paychecks on there but no where near the networks - and they blow away the networks come awards times.
