My player screen is blank, but my friend says he has the Bas show on. What gives? A lil help?

what browser? every time I have problems such as that - do a couple things

turn off modem/router

turn off computer

restart modem/router, let it get going completely...

turn on computer

try firefox, if no luck then try explorer

should work, if not, destroy computer and get a new one
