I pulled a great one a few years back. I was doing bent over rows with the empty side of the bar jammed into the corner. I got a bright idea for a better stretch. I stacked up 3 45 plates and stood on them while I did my bent over rows. As I was tiring, I yanked to get one more rep. Well, anyone with a brain (unike me), could see what would happen. The weights I was standing on slipped. Then I fell and racked myself with the bar on the way to the ground. As if that wasn't bad enough, the weight I had on the one end of the bar (135 lbs), came crashing down onto my ankle. Remember in the cartoons when the coyote would see stars after getting injured really bad? Well, it happens! I saw fireworks too!
