Something that amazes me

When people use insulin, but dont even have a solid understanding of nutrition...about 1/2 the slin diets I've seen contained some sort of fructose as the primary carb, and/or a fat that was justified as being unsaturated, the worst I've seen actually was lowfat waffles and high fructose corn syrup

My point is, by the time you use gear, and especially by the time you use slin, I would think you'd at least h ave a decent understanding of nutrition
