Something that always bothered me...

usually when someone gets leaner they appear to be bigger. more definition has that effect. i would guess his eating habits are making him more lean, definitely not bigger. @ 6 1, 160lbs..... i dont know.

6'1 160!?!? thats what i weighed back in high school when i ran track, and i was a skinny little prick, i mean tiiiiny. it might just be his bone and muscle structure that makes him appear bigger? Naturally broad shoulders and very narrow waist maybe?

6'1 160 lbs doesn't sound too big to me. bro you just got to live with it some people get bigger with no care, but if you are trying hard and eating right your gains will keep coming no matter what. just stick with it.

Depite the fact you need to eat a lot to grow and such (or so they say) how come I know people who barely eat, but manage to workout and increase their poundages, and as a result grow? They get larger without having to eat a lot. And no, they didn't just start training. A friend of mine is an ecto/mesomorph and eats maybe 2-3 meals a day, the most. He grows. His weights have increased since the year I've known him. I just don't get it. Perhaps eating will just speed the process up, but you can lift even on a deficiency and manage to grow? He's 160 or so, and eats maybe 2000 a day, max.

160 is tiny, i weighed that in the 7th grade...and btw i am 6'1". When I was 6'1" 160 i looked like a skinny little bitch
