something I can take while I train?

Looking for some recommendations for something I can take while I train. That would be really cool. I like to work out for 30 minutes and take a quick 10 or 15 minute break, rehydrate and take a supplement. Then I get back in there and finish out my weight training and do my cardio. Anything you’d recommend for me to give me some power?

For a routine like yours, please keep it simple. Hydrate with water or a light electrolyte drink during your break. If you want more energy, a mild caffeine pre-workout or even green tea can help you push harder without going overboard. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements for strength and power, and taking 3–5 grams daily works for most people. Protein after training supports muscle recovery and growth. BCAAs may help reduce fatigue if your sessions are intense, but they’re not essential if you already get enough protein. Focus on hydration, creatine, caffeine in moderation, and balanced nutrition.
