Hey just wanted to share something if u dont do it yourself

first this is for moderate carb eaters when dieting,none of the LOW CARB 30grams a day u might have a heart attack, also for all the cottage cheese lovers

SMUCKERS sells sugar free fat free jam apricot or strawberry or whatever flavor you have ,1tbsp has 5grams
1tbsp mixed with your cottage cheese makes it so much tasty when eating it with oatmeal or whatever and its feels like your cheating which you arent ,and that kinda taste makes u not want to crave for a cheat
 
you have to be careful b/c there are sugars that FDA wont exactly consider sugars, but once digested they turn into sugar. There's many product out there that say "low sugar" or "sugar free" like your sugarfree gum. That's false advertisement. There is sugar in there, but since FDA does not consider these to be immediate sugars and they are actually converted into sugar in the system they can still call it sugarless or sugar free. There was/is a big problem w/ many products b/c diabetics will eat this stuff and they find themselves hyperglycemic w/ their blood sugar levels just skyrocketing. So don't exactly beleieve everything you read on the label or their claims.

You want to hear another off topic example? Fat free bologne, cheese, or hot dogs. If you knew what these things were made of you would know that it is impossible for these things to be fat free. I even went so far as to ask others about these products and they agreed. They all contain fat, just another example of false advertising, and not to fully believe in the claims made on the label.

Don't take any of this as a flame or anything. It's not. The more people become educated on things like this the better we can take care of ourselves, and the wiser you can shop.

I dont want to say you are wrong until I know where you are coming from but at this point I disagree that you cant have FF cheese. Please elaborate on why it is not possible. Thanks
 
yes i would like some elaboration too on that fat free and sugar free stuff. I agree with risky that it is imposible to have these things, well at least with out going overboard on some of the othe nasty ingredients. But i would like to read some studies or links or whatever. So if you have some references please post em.

bro these are things that i came across in a nutrition class i took. I don't have the book anymore cuz i think it was stupid book. No articles on this stuff that i know of. sorry
